This teacher training program is designed to take 9 months. It starts on September 21, 2026, with your first 40-hour online course, and ends with our 5 1/2-day in-person immersion June 22-27, 2027.

If you’re done with everything by the end of our second in-person immersion, you will receive your 200-hour RYT Certificate in our beautiful graduation ceremony on Sunday, June 27, 2027. You can then register with Yoga Alliance as an RYT200 registered yoga teacher if you want to (you don’t have to).

If you’re not done with your online modules by then, or if you haven’t handed in all your book reports yet (see homework below), you have the rest of 2027 complete them at your own pace. You have access to all your online modules for more more than a year after you graduate, until the end of 2028 in case you need extra time.

Your homework will be short, written assignments, mostly in the form of short book reports. There are 1-2 books per module. You need to read the books and turn in a 1-page reflection for each book after you complete each module and before you begin the next one. There will also be a few other short written assignments during the training. For example, you will have to turn in a written script for a short guided meditation, and practice yoga sequences.

Your homework will not be graded, but you will instead receive feedback. You can’t fail these assignments, they are designed for your own evolution and an excellent opportunity to receive feedback and guidance from Ulrica. And no, you won’t have to show us how to do difficult yoga poses, or film yourself doing yoga, for example.

Absolutely! We are creating a supportive community right from the start.

You will have a designated mentor during the program if you have questions about the course material.

We will have an online community space that is our own private custom space. Here, we can talk to each other, ask questions, get to know each other and get help from both Ulrica and the other students in the course.

For each module, we will also meet for a live Zoom session with Ulrica as a group twice a month. These sessions are optional, and will be recorded if you can’t attend in person (but we recommend that you make every effort to do so).

This is a community experience from start to end, and we are so excited to create a potent and beautiful container with you!

Yes! This teacher training program is specifically designed to fit in with your regular life. Most of us work full-time, have a family, have children or other obligations. This training will accommodate your regular life, while also giving you time to integrate everything that you’re learning.

The online modules are done at your own pace at home, and you will have plenty of time to finish each module. We have estimated you need to spend about three hours a week for the online modules. You have access to them until the end of 2027 (!) if you need more time to complete them.

You will a the list of books when you are accepted into the program, and you can get started on them right away if you like.

Homework is kept at a minimum (see homework requirements above) and consist mostly of 1-page written assignments.

The in-person immersions are scheduled during times when we believe most people either have vacation or can take time off.

You have until the end of 2027 to finish your online modules and your homework if you need more time.

In order to graduate, you must complete your online modules, turn in your book reports, finish your written assignments, attend the required in-person trainings (if you have far to travel, you can do the shorter in-person immersion via livestream on Zoom).

There will be a final exam during the June 2027 immersion on the material you have studied. You can ask for help if you need it.

If you miss more than one day of the in-person immersion in June, you need to make-up for those days via zoom or in-person within 6 weeks of the end of the immersion at an additional cost of 2000 SEK/day ($200 USD). This is a Yoga Alliance requirement that we need to follow. If you miss the entire immersion, you can join the June 2028 immersion.

Yes, you can sign up for a payment plan.

You can pay for the training in eight equally divided monthly installments during the training (minus the 3000kr/$300USD registration fee). The first installment starts on September 1, 2026. There is an additional 6% processing fee for this payment plan that we ourselves incur for this service, and which we include in your monthly payment.

If you’d rather pay in two equal payment (one before the training starts and one after it starts), please indicate this when you send in your application and we will contact you to set up this option. There is no extra fee for this if you pay via Bankgiro or Swish or bank transfer. If you want to pay with a credit card via Stripe, there is an extra 3% fee.

No. We believe that in-person immersions are vital in order for you to really understand and embody the teachings that you have learned in the modules. Yoga is a lived experience, and we promise you that our two immersions are beautiful and extraordinary opportunities for you to move energy in a significant way, and discover who you truly are.

For us to become all that we are meant to be, we need to have lived experiences that are outside of our usual daily routines. That’s what these immersions provide.

You can choose to do the first weekend immersion - on Jan 8-10 2026 - via Zoom livestream if you have very far to travel (for example, if you live outside Sweden or have other extenuating circumstances that prevents you from attending in person).

The second immersion in June 2026 is the extraordinary gift you give yourself in order to have an experience of a lifetime. In-person attendance is required. And it’s going to be AMAZING!

We understand that we all have different bodies and circumstances. You do not have to perform or show us how to do difficult yoga poses during this training.

But we will ask you to challenge yourself within your own capabilities. This training is a beautiful opportunity to get stronger, healthier and more balanced both physically and mentally.

In the process of going through this training, you can’t help but gain more vitality and joy within your own physical body. Becoming stronger and healthier is a part of the natural evolution that you’ll experience. This is exciting!

If want to learn how to do yoga poses that are more advanced (balancing poses, inversions), we will teach and play with a variety of poses during our in-person immersion for those who are interested. But this is not a requirement for this training. ALL BODIES are welcome.

We follow standard industry policies for refunds for yoga teacher trainings. Please sign up for this teacher training with care.

If you sign up for this program, and decide not to move forward before August 1, your program fee will be refunded in full minus the 3000 SEK application fee.

A week before our program begins on September 21, we do not offer any refunds. This include if you’re on a monthly payment plan. You will be instead be given a spot during our next teacher training.

We therefore ask you to sign up with care with the full intention of completing the training, and know we will take care of you during this training with the same consideration and kindness.

The prerequisite for the 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training is a genuine interest yoga, including exploring the philosophical and devotional aspects of practice alongside asana (physical yoga poses), and a curiosity about diving into your own personal development. You do not have to have any previous experience.

The minimum age to apply is 18 years old. There is no upper age limit.

You don’t have to show us how to perform difficult yoga poses in order to complete this training, and you don't have to be a physically advanced yogi. Beginners are very welcome.
